QUICK Jer 15:16 Thy words were found, and I did eat them(accept) and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart:
Prov 12:25 Heaviness in the heart of man maketh it stoop: but a good word maketh it glad.
1Thes 5:19 Quench not the Spirit.
Eph 4:30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God,
1 Cor 2:14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

POWERFUL
Jer 23:29 Is not my word like as a fire? saith the LORD; and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces? a) Like as a fire God's word is the great purifier which destroys all that is false,
b) Like a hammer crushes within the heart everything that is evil.
Matt 10:1 And when he had called unto him his twelve disciples, he gave them power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease.
This is when you receive a word of knowledge from God.
Acts 19:15 And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye?
Don’t misuse the word of God.
Mark 3:15 And to have power to heal sicknesses, and to cast out devils.
to raise the dead, to make the deaf to hear, the blind to see, the dumb to speak, and the lame to walk. It is powerful to batter down Satan's kingdom, and to set up the kingdom of Christ.
No Exorcist, no holy water, no holy oil.
TWO EDGED SWORD One edge convicting and converting believers,
The other for condemning and destroying unbelievers.
The word of God penetrates deeper into a man than any sword; it enters into the soul and spirit, into all our passions, to our very thoughts; secret intentions, emotions of the heart.
There is no psychiatrist who can mess with your soul, only your head.
ASUNDER OF SOUL AND SPIRIT It takes a soul that has been a proud and makes it to be humble, and takes your dead spirit and makes it alive, to be meek and obedient.
The power of destroying the hopes of the sinner;
Cutting them down under conviction;
And makes them feel helpless, as if a sword had pierced their heart.
Matt 10:28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
JOINTS AND MARROW Prov 3:8 It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones.
The joints and marrow. ' Christ "knows what is in man".
His word reaches even to the intimate knowledge of man's hidden feelings and thoughts, distinguishing what is spiritual from what is in him.
Symbolize the power of the Bible to penetrate to the inner depths of a person's thoughts and motives.
INTENT OF THE HEART It is to show that we cannot escape the notice of God; that all insincerity, unbelief, hypocrisy, will be detected by him; and that since our hearts are perfectly open before him, we should be sincere
It is that the thoughts and intents of the heart are brought out to view by the Word of God.
The word will turn the inside of a sinner out, and let him see all that is in his heart.
The Lord knows our hearts better than we do.
Do we act like Christian only when we are around them, and then act like the lost when we are with them?
Intent of the Heart is it to glorify him, or us?
There’s two different ways on taking the word of God.
Luke 4:28-32 28 And all they in the synagogue, when they heard these things, were filled with wrath,
29 And rose up, and thrust him out of the city, and led him unto the brow of the hill whereon their city was built, that they might cast him down headlong.
30 But he passing through the midst of them went his way,
31 And came down to Capernaum, a city of Galilee, and taught them on the sabbath days.
32 And they were astonished at his doctrine: for his word was with power.
GOOD NEWS Isa 43:7 Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him. John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
John 8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
I Jn 5:13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.
John 11:26 And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?
GET EXCITED
1 Tim 2:8 I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.
Ps 134:1-2 1 Behold, bless ye the LORD, all ye servants of the LORD, which by night stand in the house of the LORD.
2 Lift up your hands in the sanctuary, and bless the LORD.
When you go to rock or country concerts they do it?
The devil cannot touch us, the only power he has over you, is what you let him have?
1 John 4:4 “because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.”
1 John 5:18 We know that God's children do not make a practice of sinning, for God's Son holds them securely, and the evil one cannot touch them.
